OUR STORY For more than 60,000 years Taribelang Bunda, Bunda meaning people, have stood on the land and in the water, yesterday, today and tomorrow. Stretching from Woodgate Beach in the south to Baffle Creek in the north and inland where the mighty Burnett River flows through the North Burnett, is Country where Taribelang call home. Caring for the land and waters, the Milbi, Milbi meaning freshwater turtle, is the Taribelang sacred totem bringing about important morals and life teachings of Aboriginal culture. With many of these stories handed down through generations, we hope to share with you a piece of our culture, and our passion for country through these tours.
